How to use a discount code?

We regularly offer promotional discounts, which can range from cash discounts to free gifts with purchase. Please note that you can only apply one discount and/or promotion per order (discounts are not cumulative).

To apply the discount code to your order, first add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your basket and in the checkout section, enter the discount code in the "Discount code" text box and click "Apply".

To confirm that the discount has been applied, please check your order confirmation again to make sure that the discount has been added to the final amount. If you apply a cash discount, the amount will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your order. If you add an offer for a free gift with purchase, no additional product will be added to your basket, but the discount MUST be displayed in order to receive the free gift with purchase.

The product I like is out of stock, will you have more stock soon?

If the item you like is not part of our main collection, we will not receive any additional stock (unless we make this public). Each collection is seasonal and limited in quantity. If you really like the style, we would suggest buying a larger size to allow your child to outgrow it.

And make sure you visit when the next season starts, as we often have similar styles in new patterns and fabrics.

My child seems to be an intermediate size, which size would you recommend?

We always recommend that you choose a larger size for your child. They are growing up fast and the next size up will surely come soon. How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. We will send you an email notification when your order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery time after dispatch 1-2 days.

Do you send goods outside Lithuania?

Yes, we are happy to ship to any European country. For orders outside Europe, please contact [email protected].

My parcel has been damaged or an item is missing, who should I contact?

If you have any problems with your shipment, please email us at [email protected] and quote your order number.


What is Can Go's return policy?

You can return the product within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns should be sent to Jotvingių g. 15, Kaunas or to any post office near you. When returning the goods, please indicate the company's phone number: +37068640208.

You must fill in the return form, which must be placed in the parcel together with the goods to be returned. Please note that you will have to pay a shipping fee. We will only accept returns of unworn and unwashed products with labels and original packaging (bag). If you bought the goods in a physical shop, you can return them on arrival.

Do we offer free returns?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns. We recommend that you send your items back by registered post or courier and keep the proof of posting until you receive your refund notification, as we are not responsible for loss of returned items during transit.

Do we offer exchange services?

If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it to us and place a new order. Please note that you will have to pay a return/exchange fee. In the physical store, we will exchange the goods if you bring the wrong item.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued within 14 working days. If you do not receive a refund later than 10 days, please make an appointment - [email protected]

What should I do if my product is faulty or incorrect?

We ensure that all products are checked before dispatch, but if you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please send a photo of your order to [email protected] within 7 days.
